The "Singing" Series (Season 5): Sound Awakening & Mind-Body Reshaping Workshop
Singing is not just an isolated vocal technique; it is a subtle, full-body movement coordinated by the nervous system. Often, the "misalignment" and physical blocks caused by modern life are the root causes of vocal hesitation and strained expression.
This season, we break away from traditional vocal training by innovatively blending somatic neuroscience, psychology, and vocal art. Through fascia release, nervous system regulation, and deep body awareness, we will help you deconstruct daily tension, dissolve defense mechanisms, and reclaim your natural instinct to express.
Key Highlights
Neuroscience-Based: Grounded in scientific principles to reset your body and mind.
Start by "Lying Down": Healing precedes vocalization. We start from the floor to release pressure, giving you a head start in mastering your voice.
Authentic Expression: Once back on your feet, you will embrace a grounded, textured new voice—one that speaks your truth and builds deep, resonant connections with others.
✨ Come as you are: No prior singing experience or preparation needed. Just bring yourself and get ready to rediscover your voice!
following your heart~ ♥

Shift from rigid rationality to the playful freedom of English song. Through versatile vocal colors, you will reclaim your childhood instinct for uninhibited expression.
Using the raw, beautiful melodies of The Beatles as our medium, we will open new vocal pathways through physical games. This session effortlessly deconstructs how your larynx works, breaks stubborn muscle memory, and restores a rich, dynamic, and dramatic quality to your voice.
Hear your true self and awaken deep resonance. Let these relaxed Western melodies guide your beautiful transformation from physical release to emotional homecoming.♥

Come Join Us!
The secret to singing lies within your own body.
We will start by "lying down"—dropping all your tension and stress, allowing your voice to naturally vibrate and flow through a completely restored body. From the resonance of lying down to the melodies of standing up, you will unlock a forgotten, powerful side of yourself.
Guided by neuroscience, we don’t "teach" techniques—we "awaken" your natural instincts.
Join us on this journey of vocal liberation, and let's "lie down to win" at the starting line of singing!
