3月8日，青海省海西蒙古族藏族自治州德令哈市河西街道甘南村、巴音河村、巴音河西村、北山村、白水河村联合举办“绽放她力量、共筑新时代”中央一号文件宣讲暨庆祝三八妇女节文艺汇演，200余名村民参加此次活动。
On March 8, 2026, five villages (Gannan Village, Bayinhe Village, Bayinhe West Village, Beishan Village and Baishuihe Village) under Hexi Subdistrict, Delingha City, Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture held a themed literary performance "Bloom Her Strength, Build a New Era Together". The event also featured a publicity activity on the No.1 Central Document in celebration of the Women's Day, with over 200 villagers participating.
活动现场气氛热烈，精彩纷呈的文艺节目轮番上演。演员们手持彩扇，身姿轻盈、队列整齐，用灵动的舞蹈展现新时代女性风采。白水河村舞蹈《神州舞起来》活力满满，巴音河村《我唱赞歌献祖国》抒发爱国情怀，《下马酒》《赤胆千年》等歌曲旋律悠扬、情感真挚，赢得现场观众阵阵掌声与喝彩。
The event was filled with a lively atmosphere. A series of wonderful performances were presented. With colorful fans, graceful movements and orderly queues, the performers showed the charm of modern women through lively dances. Dance in China by Baishuihe Village was full of vitality. I Sing Praises to My Motherland by Bayinhe Village expressed strong patriotism. Songs like Dismount Wine and A Thousand Years of Devotion won warm applause and cheers from the audience.
甘南村村民李秀花在观看《天之大》后动情地说：“这首歌让我深深感受到母亲一生的默默付出与守护，她用温柔的目光照亮我们前行的路，在歌声里，我真切体会到母亲深沉而宽广的爱。”
After watching How Vast the Sky Is, Li Xiuhua, a villager from Gannan Village, said emotionally, "The song makes me feel my mother's silent dedication and protection. Her gentle gaze lights our path. I truly feel mother's deep and broad love in the song."
文艺汇演之余，还开展了中央一号文件宣讲。甘南村、白水河村等驻村第一书记立足各村发展实际，围绕严守粮食安全底线、巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果、促进群众增收致富、建设宜居宜业和美乡村、以党建引领乡村发展等重点内容，把党的惠民政策送到群众身边。
In addition to the performances, a policy lecture on the No.1 Central Document was held. First secretaries stationed in Gannan, Baishuihe and other villages explained key policies tailored to local conditions, including food security, poverty alleviation consolidation, increasing rural incomes, building beautiful villages, and strengthening Party building to lead rural development, bringing the Party's policies to the villagers.
“借助庆祝三八妇女节的契机，将村民们召集在一起，用大家喜闻乐见的形式开展中央一号文件宣讲，让群众听得懂、能领会、可落实。”甘南村第一书记鄂德成说。
“Taking the opportunity of the Women's Day celebration, we brought villagers together to publicize the No.1 Central Document in a popular way, so that the people can understand, grasp and implement the policies”, E Decheng, first secretary of Gannan Village, said.
河西街道党工委书记、办事处主任景凤告诉记者：“今年中央一号文件专门对支持乡村妇女发展作出部署，充分体现了党中央对农村妇女的高度重视。希望广大妇女主动担当、积极作为，争当政策宣传员、致富带头人、家风传承员、乡村建设员，在乡村产业发展、基层治理、文明创建等工作中发光发热，在全面推进乡村振兴的广阔舞台上展现巾帼担当、绽放巾帼风采。”
Jing Feng, Party Secretary and Director of the Hexi Subdistrict Office, told reporters:
"This year's No.1 Central Document has made special arrangements to support the development of rural women, fully reflecting the great importance the CPC Central Committee attaches to them. We hope women will take the initiative to shoulder responsibilities and strive to be policy advocates, leaders in prosperity, inheritors of family virtues, and builders of rural areas. They can contribute their wisdom and strength to rural industries, community governance and cultural progress. On the broad stage of rural revitalization, they will show the responsibility and charm of women in the new era."
