吉量（亦作吉良、吉黄、鸡斯）是《山海经・海内北经》中记载的文马（有斑纹的神马），出自犬封国（又称犬戎国）。

犬封国曰犬戎国，状如犬。有一女子，方跪进柸食。有文马，缟身朱鬣，目若黄金，名曰吉量，乘之寿千岁。（郭璞注：量，一作良）
